Sources close to Krayzie have disclosed that the Grammy Award-winning veteran rapper sought medical attention on Friday, September 22, as his condition worsened. Krayzie Bone, whose real name is Anthony Henderson, is afflicted by sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that results from an overactive immune system, leading to the formation of clusters of inflamed tissue in various organs.
After undergoing a CAT scan, medical professionals identified a leaking artery in one of Krayzie’s lungs. The Cleveland, Ohio native subsequently underwent surgery, but the bleeding persisted, and there are indications that he may require assistance from a breathing machine.
