Grayson Waller’s Candid Response to Sunrise Controversy Sparks Debate Online
Australian wrestling sensation Grayson Waller has responded publicly to the recent controversy surrounding his appearance on Sunrise. During Tuesday’s episode, Waller, promoting the WWE Elimination Chamber show in Perth alongside US wrestler LA Knight, faced a tense moment. The hosts, Natalie Barr and Matt Doran, tried to encourage them to demonstrate some wrestling moves on a willing crew member, leading to Waller losing his temper. Waller has now offered a straightforward public response to the incident.
“I don’t think you understand – if I come over there right now, we’re going to have the police here, cos I’m not going to give you some fake punch. I’m going to punch you straight in the jaw,” Waller said, as Doran struggled to contain him while the crew member quickly scarpered from the set.
For the casual viewer, Waller’s outburst may have seemed shocking, but as the clip gained traction online, wrestling enthusiasts were swift to applaud him. They argued that his trash-talk effectively defused the situation and was a preferable alternative to what the Sunrise hosts had proposed—potentially causing harm to a member of their staff.
Grayson Waller’s Estimated Net Worth: $4 Million
