Club Career
On 18 May 2019, Capuozzo made his senior debut for Grenoble in an away game against Pau, marking his only appearance in the 2018–19 Top 14 season. He scored his first try for Grenoble on 6 December in a home victory against Rouen during the 2019–20 Pro D2 season.
During the 2020–21 Pro D2 season, he emerged as a standout player, scoring 10 tries in 21 games and securing the top position as the league’s leading try-scorer.
Capuozzo later joined Toulouse on a three-year contract, officially signing on 13 May 2022. He debuted for Toulouse on 11 September in a 28–8 home victory against Toulon. Just two weeks later, he scored his first try for Toulouse as a wing in a home match against Racing 92.
On 29 January 2023, he achieved a significant milestone by scoring his first brace against the defending champions Montpellier in the Top 14 league.
International Career
Born in France to French parents, Capuozzo had the option to represent France at the international level. However, he chose to play for Italy due to his eligibility through his paternal grandparents.
